1989, the NRC conducted a site audit as part.of the review'of our submittals on thermal stratification of
.the pressurizer surge line (TAC 71086 and 72111).
During this-
- meeting, we. discussed the NRC questions regarding WCAP-12093,
" Evaluation of Thermal Stratification for the Beaver Valley Unit 2 Pressurizer Surge Line",
which were provided by your letter of June 28, 1989.
We have formalized our responses to these questions and enclosed for your review are:
