This will confirm a recent conversation between Mr. Fuente of your staff and Mr. R. L. Woodruff of my staff relating to NRC's review of the Mississippi Radiation Control Program for Agreement Materials. As discussed, the review is scheduled for July 31 - August 4,'1989.
Mr. Woodruff, my Region II State Agreements Representative, will be the NRC's representative for the review. If your schedule permits, Mr. Woodruff would like to discuss the results of the review with you or your representative on Friday, August 4,1989.
