Dear Mr. Kinneman:
This is to inform you that subject to the approval of the Westinghouse Board of Directors, on or about May 1, 1988 certain Westinghouse Imaging and Sensing Technology Division product lines, including those nuclear-product lines whose materials are presently controlled by USNRC Materials License SNM-182, are being purchased by a group of staff managers.
All materials, equipment, facilities, and personnel presently involved with the manufacture of nuclear products will be assimilated into the new corporation's operations.
Since no nuclear products will be manufactured by Westinghouse at this location, we wish to terminate Nuclear Material License SNM-182.
