TEMPORARY ADDENDUM TO SECURITY PLAN As discussed with a member of the Commission's staff on April 25, 1989, the attachment to this letter transmits a temporary addendum to the Big Rock Point Security Plan concerning replacement of the existing plant heating boiler.
This change does not reduce the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan, and is therefore submitted for information in accordance with 10CFR50.54 (p) (2) .
