Our environment becomes more fragile by the minute and Rockwell munt chow a strong endemic'r'coponnibility to gai'n public confid-ence towardo your preconce. The uneaninecc. and confucion stemc from'the many rtatementn of deninbility from all involved. An for example the Californin. Health Department "We don't have real regulatory control when it comen to the DOE stuff". Or the CRCLA our Superfund Agency ".... unaware of radioactive material". Then the conctant iteration "No threat to public cafety or human life".

To allay such trepidation, a moratoriums on contracto dealing with nuclear radioactive material is in' order until government and public overnight accures uc of safe continuance.
