Dear Mr. MacDonald:
In reference to our application for renewal of the Model 650 Type B package, C.O.C. number 9032.
I submit the following additional information.
We had initially requested an amendment to the 650 to allow transport of up to 200Ci of yb-169.
As we will always be shipping Type A quantities of yb-169 (less than 80 curies),
this amendment is not needed and we terminate that amendment request.
As we are having great difficulties with foreign countries accepting cur letter indicating timely renewal, we request that the Certificate of Compliance be renewed as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your quick response to this renewal request.
