Dear Mr. Weiss:
In 1985 Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) initiated a Performance Enhancement Program (PEP) to track significant L
performance improvement activities.
A process was developed to implement this program and various projects were started and tracked through to completion.
l In the letter referenced above,.PSC is committed to provide status reports on the PEP on an annual basis. PSC now requests relief from this commitment.
The PEP philosphy has been incorporated into the Nuclear Dperations management approach and has become a significant factor in our day to day business activities.
PSC remains committed to the management improvements brought about by PEP and the effectiveness of these improvements is assessed daily through the Executive Leadership Team, the Senior Planning Team, QA monitoring, and management accountability as defined in the PSC Conduct of Business document.
