This responds to Patricia G. Norry's June 21, 1985, memorandum regarding the above subject. We have circulated the Proposed Rule to our four divisions and are providing you with their comments. Two of our four divisions had "no comment", the remaining divisions' comments are attached.
I want to draw your attention to the specific comments of Stephen G. Burns regarding the Table of Proposed Changes, pages 1-2, Part 21.51 and of
' Chip Cameron regarding page 29. Part 140.91. Their comments are attached in their entirety.
