Dear Mr. Zech:

I am writing to you in behalf of Brian Walsh who I have personally met with and discussed the following situation. Mr. Walsh was employed at the LaSalle Nuclear Station which is located in Illinois.

Mr. Walsh left work one day because of illness. He was then layed off and denied access to the plant because of alleged alcohol and/or drug abuse.

Mr. Walsh feels his rights have been violated as he has never had the chance to prove his innocence. He has requested a drug test, but to date that has been denied to him.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide by looking into this matter and responding to me in writing so that I may in turn reply to Mr. Walsh. j Please reply to my District office in Ottawa, Illinois.
