Dear Sir:
Relocation of Bulk Hydrogen Storage Tanks Pursuant to the telephone conversation between Tom Walt of Portland General Electric Company (PGE) and Ross Scarano, Greg Yuhas and Chuck Hooker of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region V, this letter will confirm that PGE will relocate the bulk hydrogen storage tanks from their present location on the roof of the Control Building prior to restart. A complete evaluation, including the new storage facility location and any supporting analyses, will be submitted by May 31, 1989.
