l Modification No. 4 Contract No. NRC-10-87-455 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification are to:
- 1) Revise the Schedule to reflect a decrease of amounts for
" incidental parts" required for installation of equipment specified, and
- 2) Decrease the total contract and obligated amounts.
Therefore, the following changes to the contract are hereby made under Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs Part I - The Schedule:
A. Paragraphs B.I.5 and B.I.6 are revised to decrease the amounts by
$6,036.15 from $15,000 and $571,790.00 respectively. Therefore, -
paragraphs B.1.5 and B.1.6 are revised to read as follows:
"B.1.5 Incidental Parts for Broadband System Installation....Not to Exceed $13,963.85" l
l "B.I.6 Total Price for Installation of ADP and Broadbard Calling l Systems.. 5565,726.85" f
B. Paragraph B.2, Consideration and Obligation is revised to decrease the total amount of the contract under the first subparagraph and the l
amount for the Broadband System under the last paragraph by
$6,036.15, respectively.
Therefore, the amount "$571,790.00" shown in the first sentence of B.2 is revised to read "$565,726.85" and the amount "$15,000" shown in the first sentence of the last paragraph of B.2 is revised to read i
"$13,963.85."
