Dear Mr. Miller:
This letter is to report to you a change in the metlica! ,_ r of cr- of the operating personnel. for the IJniversity of Arizona Reactcr Lat Orat as s et;a ir e<l by 10 CFR 55.25. The operator is Mr. Harry J. Doane, SOP 3:27-4 Mr. Doane suffered a heart attack on June 5 which required hospitalization for five days.
He has recovered well, and wi!! return to work on a part time basis next week.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 55, I have removed him from the roster of licensed operating staff, and I willrequest n conditional NRC approval for his return to appropriate licensed duties after receiving- certification from his attending phpician.
