REVISION 23 TO THE PALISADES SECURITY PLAN Attached are one original and three copies of Revision 23 to the Palisades Security Plan. This revision was made to change the format of the Security Plan to include the document and section title on each page, to specify the individuals who can authorize access and to change the reference from Property Protection Supervisor to Property Protection Superintendent.
Drawing's from Appendices C, D & E are not ircluded in this revision because they are not affected and can be transferred from the previous plan.
Consumers Power Company has determined these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan and therefore s omits these changes in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p).
Consumers Power Company requests the attachment to this letter be withheld from public disclosure since it contains information which is exempt frou disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21(c).
