It's an 15 order denying hearing request petition.to intervene.in 16 the Limerick remand proceeding and request for a stay 17 of low power operation of Limerick.

18 The Commission here is being asked to act on 19 an order in response to a petition submitted by Mr.

20 Robert Anthony in which he requests,

one, to be 21 continued as an intervenor in the licensing process 22 for Limerick Unit 2,

and for a stay of low power 23 authorization.

20 All Commissioners have approved an order 25 attached to our August 14th memorandum which denies k

The third item. is SECY-8 89-234, a response to the Limerick Ecology Action 9

motion for reconsideration.

The Commission is being 10 asked to. respond to a July 14th, 1989 motion by the 11 Limerick Ecology Action which requests that the 12 Commission reconsider, stay, suspend or revoke its

.13 order of July 7th, 1989 which concluded the issuance 14-of a low power license for Limerick Unit 2 was not 15 precluded by the U.S. Court of Appeals decision in the 16 Limerick Ecology Action.

17 All Commissioners have approved the order 18 which denies this request.
