A-53 Dear fir. Thompson Iowa Electric has made changes to the Duane Arnold Energy Center Security Plan pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
This chan0e, noted as Security Plan Change 20, has been reviewed in i
accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and it is our determination that this change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan.
Because the Security Plan is bound before it is inserted into 1
three-ring binders, the entire Security Plan is being resubmitted.
Per 10CFR50.4, this transmittal includes the original transmittal letter with enclosures and three copies of the transmittal letter with enclosures.
