This information represents the balance of the American-

' Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASNE)Section XI summary reports and the
' associated results of examinations performed on SQN unit 1 between Apr11<17, 1984, and November 10, 1988.- It'should be noted that the August 16, 1985, start date for'the unit 1; cycle 3 reporting period previously provided in the referenced letter was in error and should be corrected to April 17, 1984
- (beginning'of unit 1 cycle 3 operation).
Because!of the many extensive modifications and improvements-that were performed'during the prolonged unit 1 outage (August 1985 through November n
'1988), TVA~ submitted a' partial report by the referenced letter.
of the referenced letter contained a commitment that stated that TVA would
. submit'the balance of.the ASME Section XI summary reports and their associated ISI examination results by May 6, 1989.
Volumes 6 and 7 provided in Enclosure'l complete this commitment.
It should be noted that six maintenance work requests (hrs) could not be retrieved and are being evaluated in accordance with ASME Section XI and the
{1 maintenance management program requirements. Replacement maintenance WRs have been generated as required by SQN Standard Practice SQM2, " Maintenance Management System," to perform evaluation and additional. work as necessary.
The maintenance NRs that could not be retrieved are A292730, A300038, A532451, A548495, A562952, and B106725.
TVA will provide the results of this
' evaluation by JuneL1, 1989.
This commitment is contained in Enclosure 2.
This ISI report is being-provided in accordance with IWA-6220 and IWA-6250 of o
the ASME Code,'Section XI, 1977' edition through summer 1978 addenda.
