LICENSEE'S FOLLOW-UP DISCOVERY REQUEST TO THE CENTER FOR NUCLEAR RESPONSIBILITY AND JOETTE LORION Pursuant to the agreement documented in a letter from Steven P. Frantz to Joette Lorion dated July 3, 1989, Florida Power &
Light Company (" Licensee" or "FPL") hereby serves a follow-up discovery request to the Center for Nuclear Responsibility and Joette Lorion (" Interveners").
The interrogatory herein is to be answered fully, in writing, and under oath or affirmation within 14 days after service.
If Interveners, after exercising due diligence, cannot answer any portion of the interrogatory in full, Interveners shall so state, shall answer the interrogatory to the extent possible, and shall explain in detail the inability of the Interveners to answer the remainder.
