Enclosed is a letter from Edlow International Company dated June 30, 1989 requesting an amendment to export license XSNM02065 to 1) extend the expiration date from. August 31, 1989 to August 31, 1991, and 2) to add C0GEMA as an ultimate consignee.
Before amending this license to add COGEMA a letter of assurance is required that C0GEMA is authorized to receive the material.
