The purpose of this letter is to confirm your agreement to permit an NRC inspection of your facilities and records as we discussed in our telephone conversation of April 24, 1989. The purpose of the NRC inspection will be to review the manufacturing and quality programs and controls established and implemented in your production of valves and valve replacement parts.

Specific areas of interest will include, but not be limited to, the types of valve replacements parts identified in the enclosure to the NRC letter to you of April 11, 1989. NRC staff will be in contact with you in the near future to arrange the inspection.
