Dear Mr. Matthews:
' We are in receipt of your March 16, 1989 letter, which transmits Revision D of the Mexican Hat Remedial Action Inspection Plan (RAIP) dated March 7, 1989.
Based on our review, we concur in the portion of the RAIP dealing with reworking of the tailings.
Concurrence on a RAIP for all site activities will require review of the final Remedial Action Plan for the site.
