Notification of the NRC of Employees' Potential Safety Issues Response Vermont Yankee has examined our current and previous agreements with employees, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure no restrictive clauses exist. We have concluded that neither our current or previous employee agreements have contained restrictive clauses prohibiting, or limiting in any way, employees from notifying the NRC of potential safety issues.
