.The 18 Commission is being asked to act here on an order 19 responding to a June 13th, 1989 Motion for Protective 20 Order filed by Mr. Joseph J. Macktal.

22 modify an earlier subpoena and,
- one, move his 23 interview to Washington, D.C.;
two, grant him 24 confidentiality; and, three, provide 30 days' notice 25 of the interview.
