Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan; Report of Change - Revision Twenty-four Docket No. 50-298/DPR-46 Gentlemen:
Nebraska Public Power District is submitting, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p) a Report of Change - Revision 24 for the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguards Plan.
A description of the " Table of Changes" is attached for inclusion to the plan. These changes reflect physical security upgrades and protected area surveillance / assessment capabilities.
The District has concluded that the enclosed change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the material to be withheld from public disclosure.
