By 1020 hours0.0118 days <br />0.283 hours <br />0.00169 weeks <br />3.8811e-4 months <br />, the plant was at 100% power.
On July 23' at 2135 ' hours, the plant reached the end of core life and coastdown was started.
On July 24 at 0837 hours0.00969 days <br />0.233 hours <br />0.00138 weeks <br />3.184785e-4 months <br />, while attempting to open the #4 turbine governor control valve, the control valve opened suddenly, causing a short duration steam flow transient.
Power was reduced to 90% and turbine load was' stabilized.
By 0856 hours0.00991 days <br />0.238 hours <br />0.00142 weeks <br />3.25708e-4 months <br />, the #4 governor valve was verified to be operating satisfactorily and a load increase was
- started.

- The plant continued to operate at 100% power for the remainder of the. month.
