James R.' Russell's (Watts Bar Nuclear Plant / Employee Concern' Task Group Licensing Manager) letter to NRC dated January 4, 1988 -
Employee' Concern Task Group The referenced letter transmitted a generic report (Employee' Concern Task Group Report No. 40700) which provided the results of the investigations performed by the Employee Concerns Task Group on the heat code traceability issue for all of TVA's nuclear plants (Bellefonte, Browns Ferry, Sequoyah, and Hatts Bar Nuclear Plants).
Based on the results of the investigation, TVA considers this report the final resolution of this issue.
