Electrical Penetration Assemblies By letter dated January 31, 1989, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requested Portland Ceneral Electric company (PGE) to respond within 90 days with our plans and schedule to qualify, test or replace Amphenol electrical penetration assemblies (EPAs) which the NRC staff concluded had inadequate environmental qualification documentation. The options for resolving this issue are still under management review. A two-week extension is necessary to complete our responso. The final response will be submitted by May 15, 1989.
