- Conley, to quash a Subpoena 20 Duces Tecum issued to him on March 24, 1989, during an 21 internal liRC investigation.
22 Chairman Zech. Commissioners Roberts. Carr and 23 Rogers. it is my understanding you have approved an order l
24 which modifies and narrows the original subpoena.
