DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 SEISMIC DESIGN OF CONDUIT SDAR: CP-86-53 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)

Gentlemen:

On October 21, 1986 TU Electric letter logged TXX-6054 provided notification of a deficiency involving the seismic design of conduit, which was deemed reportable under the provision of 10CFR50.55(e). The latest report on this issue was TXX-89109 dated March 1, 1989. This report is submitted to update the completion schedule for Unit I corrective actions.

TXX-89109 indicated that Unit 1 corrective actions would be completed by August 31, 1989. 'This activity has been rescheduled for completion by Unit 1 fuel load. The schedule for Unit 2 remains unchanged.
