appointed this Board to conduct that hearing.

Please take notice that, pursuant to 10 CFR 6 2.205(e),

a hearing in this matter will be held at a time and place to be designated. A prehearing conference will be held at 9:00 AM, Friday, July 21, 1989, at the Hugo L. Black U.S.
