Lewis is appointed to the position of Manager - Nuclear Fuel and Components Manufacturing (Facility Manager) replacing Mr. Eugene A.
Lees.
1 GE Nuclear Fuel end Components Manufacturing hereby submits revisions to Part II of NRC Material License SNM-1097.
Attachment 1 to this letter describes the revisions made and Attachment 2 is the revised pages.
Chapter 11 has been updated to reflect the above and several other recent management changes.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.31, a GE check for $150 is enclosed.

He joined the Academic Apprentice Program at Somersworth, NH in 1960 and received his BSME degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1966.
He completed the GE Manufacturing Management Program with assignments in Phoenix, Bloomington and Pittsfield.

Following graduation from Tufts University in 1960, he joined the Manufacturing Training Program with

assignments in Chicago, Hanford and Fort Wayne.
In 1963, Mr. McMahon joined the Large Jet Engine Department (LJED) in Evendale, Ohio, as a Test Engineer.
While with LJED, he held various assignments in manufacturing and quality control.
Since joining GE-Wilmington in 1971, Mr. McMahon has held the positions of Manager - Process Control, Manager - Operational Quality, Manager - Fuels Quality, i
Manager - Planning and Projects, Manager - Equipment and Components Manufacturing, and Manager - Quality I

In 1964, Mr. McIver joined the U.S. Corps of Engineers as a Civil Engineer.
During the following years, he held the positions of Engineering / Maintenance Supervisor at the Kinston, N.C.,
DuPont plant (1966 to 1970), and Staff Civil Engineer at Consolidated Aluminum Corporation in Waverly, Tennessee (1970 to 1972).
Mr. McIver joined GE-Wilmington in 1972 as a Project Engineer.
In 1975, he was appointed Unit Manager, Installation Engineering and Site Services, in 1978 he was appointed Manager, Facilities, and in 1987 he was appointed Manager - Plant Engineering and Maintenance.

In his present position, he is responsible for managing the Plant Engineering and Maintenance operation.

responsibility includes:
maintenance of all manufacturing facilities and equipment, facility engineering and design services, operation of all plant utility systems, and management of site construction.
