NRC STAFF SECOND STATUS REPORT CONCERNING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT I.
INTRODUCTION On March 27, 1989, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued a Memorandum and Order in which it, among other things, directed the NRC staff to file a monthly report indicating the status of the Staff's review of the settlement agreement between Philadelphia Electric Company (PE) and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Staff herein provides its second status report.
II. STATUS REPORT In a follow up to the staff's March 29, 1989 letter to the Commonwealth and PE, the staff met on April 18, 1987 with representations of the parties to pursue resolution of the concerns previously identified by the staff. A follow up meeting was held on April 28, 1987.
