Brief description of amendment: This amendment renews Possession-Only License No. DPR-9 until fiarch 20, 2025 and revises Technical Specifications to be consistant with current defueled, SAFSTOR status of Fermi 1 and current NRC rules and guidance. Continued SAFSTOR until 2025 will significantly reduce potential exposure to workers and the amount of radioactive waste produced during final decontamination of the facility.
