This letter and the attached tables are submitted to you to document corrections to the Semi-Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Reports for calendar year 1988.
The corrections were prompted by the identification of an error in the efficiencies used for gamma scanning composites of smears and filters. The results from the analyses were used to classify and determine the activity for several shipments of low level radioactive waste.
The total activity and percent nuclide composition data has been revised due to the error. The data contained in the number of shipments section has not changed.
