By letter dated June 22,1988,' the Wolf Creek Huclear Operation Corporation responded to.NRC Bulletin 88-03.. In.its response, the licensee confirmed that activities. required.to address the issues discussed in the Bulletin have been performed. Following a. thorough search the licensee concluded that there are no latching ' type 'HFA relays used 'in Class 1E applic'ations at the Wolf Creek

By copy of this memorandum, Region IV is advised of the licensee's position on this matter.
