Dear Sirs:

This concerns our Nuclear License NO.- SNM-829, which is for a 6

neutrcn source. This is a Pu-Be sealed source of neutron flux 4.07x10 m/sec at 2 curies. Due to changes in curriculum emphasis and advances in nuclear technology, we no longer find that we have a great need for this source.

This is to request a six month extension on our present license to give us time to dispose of the material.
