This change was reviewed by the OSC and ORC and determined to be safe and does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
Please note that in addition to the Technical Specification changes.provided within this change request, one additional change is required to support the revised containment pressure analyses.
As part of Technical Specification Change Request No. 156, a change to the Refueling Water Storage Tank (RWST) level setpoint for transfer to recirculation was proposed and is currently under your review.
If the enclosed change request should be found acceptable prior to completing your review of Change Request No.

Also note that the RWST level-auto QS flow reduction setpoint proposed in this change request supersedes the level setpoint provided in Change Request No. 156 as explained in Attachment B.
