I have been advised by Mr. Harvey Wescott, one of the NRC staff members, i
that Ebasco Constructors, Inc. did not receive a copy of NRC's-April 27, 1989 letter on Settlement Agreements. Enclosed is a copy of the letter that was sent out on this subject.
I would appreciate if you give the request detailed in the April 27, 1989 letter priority attention and please notify me when you think you can comply with the request. Any questions you may have regarding this matter can be directed to Ted Quay (301) 492-0705.
