CRGR MEETING NO. 158 i
The Committee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet in the afternoon l
on Wednesday, February 22, 1989, in Room MNBB-6507.
The age:Ma is as follows:

Representatives of RES and NRR will present a briefing on cumulative effects of multiple relaxations of safety equiprent surveillance interval and allowable outage time Technical Specifications.
The Committee will consider topical report WCAP-10271, Supplement 2, " Evaluation of Surveillance Frequencies and Out of Service Times for the Engineered Safety Features Actuation System."

1: 30-2: 30 p.m.
R. W. Houston (RES) will present for CRCP. review a proposed Generic Letter providing guidance to licensees on replace-ment of components constructed to Section III of the ASME Code.

2:30-5:00 p.m.
R. W. Houston (RES) will present for CRGR review a proposed Generic Letter on periodic testing and surveillance of safety elated motor operated valves.
This matter was considered initially at Meeting No. 148; the proposed Generic Lttter has been revised subsequently to reflect comments of the Committee and others.

If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it is his responsibility to assure that an alternate, who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meeting.
Persons making presentations to the CRGR are responsible for (1) assuring that the information required for CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.8), (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices, (3) as appropriate, assuring that other offices are represented during the presenta-tion, and (4) assuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with the CRGR contact (J. Conran X29855) and others involved with the presentation.
Division Directors or higher management should attend meetings addressing agenda items f
under their purview.
