Modification No. 20 Page 2 of 2 jy 4 The purpose of this modification is to revise the i ridirec t ra tres shown in the contract.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
1.
Revise Section G.3 Ind_irect. Cost Rates, paragraphs B, C,
and D,
to read as follows:
"D.-
Pecding the establishment of final fringe benefit Fates which shall be negotiated based on audit of ac'tual costs, the Contractor chall be reimbursed for allowable fringe benefit costs at the provisional rate of 40% of total direct labor costs fcr the period 2/17/07 through 1/31/DO.
Reimbursement for allowable fringe term shall be the remaining @ con. tract benefit costs for rate ot 7 of total direct made at the provisional labor conts."

Pending the establishment of final genor al and administrative (G&A) rates which shall be negotiated based on audit of actual costs, the Contractor chall be reimbursed for allowable indirect costs hereunder at tiu provisional rate of 6 of total costs (exclusive of direct material and subcontract costs) l for the period 2/17/97 through 1/31/88.
