y In response to your request for information regarding NRC topical report reviews I have enclosed a copy of the NRC paper entitled, " Technical Position on Waste Form". This technical position has been developed to provide guidance on solidified waste form and high integrity container (HIC) test methods and results that are acceptable to the NRC staff for implementing the 10 CFR Part 61 waste form requirements.
