" Design of Erosion Protection Covers for Stabilization of Uranium Mill Tailings Sites". A copy of the STP is enclosed.

The availability (of the position was noticed in the Federal Register on August 11, 1989 pre-publication copy enclosed). However, transmitting the STP directly to the agreement states should provide them with a greater opportunity for comment.
