ISSUAhCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 33 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 33 to Facility Operating License No. R-28 for the University of Michigan Nuclear facility. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your application dated May 8,1989 and supplemented by letters dated May 16, 23, and June 16, 1989.
The amendment consists of changes to the TS to include administrative changes and to reflect the operational status of the facility.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 33 is enclosed.
