Dear Dr. Murley:
The referenced letter provided.the application for amendment to~
Facility Operating Licenses NPF-37, NPF-66, NPF-72 and NPF-77 to revise the Technical. Specifications to address the simultaneous opening of the inlet and-outlet containment' mini-purge valves and to revise the 1000 hours0.0116 days <br />0.278 hours <br />0.00165 weeks <br />3.805e-4 months <br /> per year opening restriction.
Byron'and Braidwood Stations plan to utilize'the Merits Improved Technical Specification Program where this issue is addressed.
Therefore, Commonwealth Edison requests the referenced application for amendment be withdrawn.
