On January 16, 1989, TV Electric notified the NRC of.a deficiency regarding defective materials in NAMCO limit. switches.. The last report was TXX-89083, dated February 15, 1989.

This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).

.The evaluation of this issue is continuing.

The next report on this. issue will be submitted no later than October 2, 1989.
