Gentlemen.
l On January 28, 1989, TV Electric notified the NRC via final report logged i
TXX-88157, of a deficiency involving instrumentation utilized in the detection l
and mitigation for certain High Energy Line Breaks (HELB) located outside l
containment.
The last report was logged TXX-89046, dated February 1, 1989.
The purpose of this report is to revise the corrective action implementation l
schedule.

Implementation of the corrective actions for this issue is continuing.
The i
estimated completion date of the corrective actions is Unit 1 fuel load.
