Enclosed is an application for an export license received recently by the NRC for low-enriched uranium for use as reload fuel for the Genkai Unit 2 Nuclear Power Reactor 11: Japan. A letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agree-ment for cooperation.
