Changes to the existing program are as f ollows:
a.
The name of the Naval Surface Weapons Center has been changed to Naval Surface Warfare Center (NAVSWC) with Command Headquarters Dahlgren, VA.
b.
The NAVSWC Quality Assurance Program covers implementa-tion at the NAVSWC Dahlgren Laboratory, Dahlgren, VA, the NAVSWC White Oak Laboratory, Silver Spring, MD, and temporary job sites anywhere in the United States.
