Public Service Company of New Hampshire is authorized and directed to take such action as is required to consummate the transactions contemplated under the Memorandum of Understanding, the' Settlement Agreement, and the Twenty-Second Amendment to the Joint Ownership Agreement, Vhich are described

to release or covenant not to sue Public Service Company.
