CRGR REVIEW 0F PROPOSED PROPERTY INSURANCE RULE AMENDMENT Your memo dated September 26, 1988 informed CRGR that a ' proposed revision to 10 CFR 50.54(w)(5)(1) had been published for public comment in the' Federal Register.
This revision would delay the implementation schedula of this-section for 18 months.
The CRGR Charter requires all proposed' rule revisions be considered by CRGR.
prior to issuance ' or public comment.
Since this is no longer possible in this f
case, the CRGR will review the proposed final rule.
Please assure that this rule is forwarded to me for CRGR review prior to forwarding to the EDO.
