It is submitted pursuant to 49 CFR, Part 71, " Packaging and Transport of Radioactive Material".
The only activity undertaken by Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Inc. that is covered by the above regulations is.the transportation and use of a Tech / Ops Model No. 865 gamma camera.' The device is manufactured by Amersham Corporation and is a Type B(U) package that is issued Certificate of Compliance No. 9187, refer to attachment A of the Quality Assurance Program.
The total Quality Assurance Program has been revised to reflect the changes that have occurred in our radioactive materials program.
